Great place to stay for a city trip. the view from the hotel is breathtaking and the staff's hospitality is exceptional. the huge rooms are perfect for families with kids and the play ground is an added bonus. the food is delicious, with a great dinner menu and breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant. the pool is wonderful and the staff are very helpful, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
The bathroom needs better cleaning and more amenities such as complimentary coffee, tea and water in the rooms would have been appreciated. the air conditioner was not working in our room and there were no curtains to block out the sun, making it a bit uncomfortable.
